We may share your information only in the following limited situations:
We do not sell personal information and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or advertising.
We keep your information only for as long as needed to operate the App and support your organization’s programs, or as required by law.
Your organization may decide how long to keep event and account data. If your account is deactivated, some information may remain in backups for a limited time.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information stored in Firebase and within the App. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
MyPinata is intended for use by adults and authorized staff in professional or organizational contexts. It is not directed to children under the age required by local law, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, update, or request deletion of your personal information.
In most cases, these requests can be initiated by contacting your organization’s administrator. You may also contact us directly using the details below, and we will work with your organization to handle the request when appropriate.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept those changes.
